About Sasha

Sasha Qadri is a strategic content and communications specialist, moderator and interviewer with more than 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of business, finance, technology and innovation.

Drawing on a background in journalism, broadcasting and investment banking, Sasha helps organisations shape high-impact conversations, thought leadership programmes and executive engagement strategies. Her work spans content development, programme design, speaker preparation and moderation, enabling clients to communicate complex ideas in ways that resonate with senior audiences.

Having anchored for Sky News and produced and reported for international broadcasters including CNN, Bloomberg and CNBC, Sasha developed a reputation for distilling complex topics into compelling narratives and facilitating meaningful discussions under pressure. Her experience covering live breaking news continues to inform her ability to lead conversations with confidence and agility. It means it’s hard for her to be fazed when things don’t go according to plan on stage. 

Today, Sasha works with organisations to identify emerging trends, develop strategic content agendas and curate discussions. She is equally at home designing executive-level programmes, moderating leadership forums, interviewing senior decision-makers and facilitating roundtable discussions. Her work encompasses both in-person and virtual events, from global conferences to private executive gatherings. A seasoned public speaker, Sasha is regularly called upon to deliver keynotes or to appear as part of a wider discussion as a panel guest. 

Sasha's expertise spans a broad range of sectors, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, financial services, sustainability and digital transformation. She has led and curated conversations on some of the most significant issues facing organisations today, including AI adoption, innovation strategy, leadership, responsible technology and the future of work.

Prior to her media career, Sasha worked in investment banking and continues to advise and work with organisations across the financial services sector, including Lloyds Bank and HM Treasury. She also gained valuable commercial experience during the early years of the dotcom boom at lastminute.com. Sasha later served as Senior Programming Director at Bloomberg Live, where she was responsible for curating and moderating flagship business, finance and technology events for senior executive audiences.

 

​Sasha studied Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University and spent her gap year studying at The Sorbonne.
